The inspiration for this classical album comes from musical repertoire which derives from or has connections with dance. It was released in February 2011 on Hainault Records. The Mick Foster Group is a six piece ensemble comprising Mick on baritone and soprano saxophone, Jacqueline Dankworth, voice; Dominic Ashworth, guitar; James Pearson, piano; Dave Jones, bass and Simon Pearson, drums. Most of the material is original, modern and melodic. This CD, “Changing Fortunes” was released by Black Box Music in 2000.
