Mick Foster is a freelance saxophonist and composer, working in the fields of jazz, commercial and classical music, and specialising in the baritone saxophone. In addition to freelancing with a variety of different ensembles, Mick runs his own band, “The Mick Foster Group”, which performs predominantly his own compositions. He has also written pieces for other ensembles, including Onyx Brass and the London Jazz Orchestra. Mick is active as an educator, and currently teaches at Trinity College of Music, London. |
